About the role
We are hiring admission counsellors for our branches in Borivali West, Kandivali West (Charkop), Dahisar East.
You will speak with students, parents and working professionals, understand their goals, recommend the right course, and guide them from enquiry to admission. Good communication and honesty with students are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone and WhatsApp enquiries
- Understand the student's goal and suggest a suitable course
- Follow up with enquiries and book demo classes
- Maintain enquiry records and update the team
Requirements
- Good communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Basic computer and WhatsApp/Excel skills
- Sales or counselling experience is a plus, not compulsory
