About the role

Max Computer Education is hiring an Admissions Counsellor to guide walk-in and online enquiries from first contact to admission. You'll explain our courses — MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, AI Tools, Programming, Graphic Design and Digital Marketing — help students pick the right one for their goals, and support them through fees, batches and placement. This is a target-driven, people-facing role. You'll spend your day on calls, WhatsApp and in-person consultations, and your week on local outreach — colleges, tuition classes and nearby businesses — to bring new students in the door.

Responsibilities

• Counsel walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries and recommend the right course Maintain the enquiry register/CRM and follow up on every open lead until admission or closure Explain fees, instalment options and current offers; collect payments and issue receipts Coordinate with faculty on batch schedules and keep students informed of timings and changes Follow up with absent or at-risk students to reduce dropouts Guide students on career paths and job-oriented courses; support resume prep and placement follow-up Prepare daily enquiry, admission and collection reports for the branch manager Visit nearby colleges, tuition classes and local businesses to generate new enquiries and tie-ups Run WhatsApp follow-ups and promote free demo classes and workshops

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; comfortable with MS Office and basic computer use Strong spoken and written communication in English, Hindi and Marathi Comfortable with targets, cold outreach and follow-up calls Friendly, presentable and patient with first-time learners Prior experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech or inside sales is a plus, not required Two-wheeler preferred, for local college and business visits
